Metsä Fibre's entire organisation is geared to creating added value for customers. Metsä Fibre has built a structure and way of working that is driven by customer requirements. The business operations are guided by three core processes: Management, Customership and Sourcing and Operations. These processes define the company's direction and operational model which are implemented by the personnel placed in competence centres.
