Employee learning is an integral part of our business strategy and is widely supported. We offer our employees several development programmes with topics ranging from understanding our customers’ perspectives to multi-skilling and environmental issues. We also facilitate effective knowledge sharing with job rotation.

Metsä-Fibre supports the principles behind the United Nations Global Compact relating to human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. We have undertaken to promote these principles within our own sphere of influence.
